So yesterday I was able to get keys and chests just fine, I actually earned a key and a chest and opened it (plus the bonus one u get)
And now all of a sudden today "you are unable to receive loot due to previous behavioral restrictions" wat.
The last restriction I recieved was a temp ban like 2 months ago (salty over job stuff, took it out in game, dont do it). How is that stopping me from getting loot now when yesterday it was just fine?

I would like to know this too, my issue was more recent then 2 months though. I also got a key fragment after the initial hextech gift. then next day nothing because of previous behavioral restrictions

While I don't have the issue of not being able to receive it, I would like to know just how long it is before you can get it again.
Also, what you're experiencing is very strange. I would assume that if you got it at first, you wouldn't get it taken away after.
