-3 ad. -3. This baffles me because sejuani got GUTTED. Elise hasen't been meta or even playable until just recently. You nerf eve back to about A tier. You legit nerfed nami. I am CONVINCED the balance team doesnt play the game. Or at least doesnt play for fun (Checking several devs on them only playing whats meta through the seasons cough Ardentslut meddler) But graves is strong for all season? Better give him -3 ad bc that solves his issues.

I'm really hoping Pre-season fixes a lot. My hopes aren't high, but I do want to get back into LoL. But since I've left months ago, most champions that are played are more or less the same, with a few changes.

It should bring his power down but he's is still obscenely popular with a positive winrate in most ELO's.

I'll see where it shapes up but I wouldn't be opposed to another round of nerfs if he continues to stifle out other jungle picks
