How to Late Game Yasuo

I find it really difficult to play Yasuo lategame since he gets blown up if he goes in (not tank yas). So how would I play him? Especially if my team lacks lots of knock ups.

What's worse is that you'll instantly kill the minions and you'll have no escape.
