Can we revert Malazahar already?

He was always the go to against the hypermobile hypercarries that are currently wrecking the game. They're fixing Lissandra, looking at Annie, why not give Malzahar back as well...?

Not so much buff but restore. Malz always used to use his voidlings to zone his opponents and his ult to stop them running away/when they engage. The current version however has no zoning from his voidlings so lacks the oppression to deal with hypermobile hypercarries.

Whether you look at the pre 2016 rework version or the post 2016 rework version he had this ability and therefore was viable as a counter, however the current version lacks both the burst and the oppressive nature to deal with melee classes, being more of a spam wave clearer with an ult for when a teammate can join him to do damage.

Hopefully they revert him to the pre 2016 state, but I'd be happy with a revert to the previous version as well (Malzahar Support shouldn't be such a concern now with the state of bot lane xD)

The MalzaharMains reddit is still not over the Malzahar rework.

And its been about 2 years, 2 months, and 14 fucking days

Pretty sure that says something.

And lets face it...

We all know Malzahar would never have received a rework in the first place if it weren't for the MYMU.

He just happened to be the only mage on the fucking list that didn't have one direction in his kit.

Everyone else was just a mage.

He was a mage and a minion summoner.

Making him more malleable.

Super unlucky.

Yeah... except it isn't... it give 90% reduction and CC immunity, banshees gives 100% reduction and CC immunity.

IF it WAS a banshees with 100% reduction then it would actually be much better as the two would stack.

Never the less the first point was a good one xD

Agreed. It would be a stop gap fix until they have time to make the bigger changes he needs, but would at least show some thought for those who main him.
