Can you guys help with my Marksmen?

I swear this is one of these times that I'd have really appreciated custom tags...

So I used to be a Jungle/Top Tank/Fighter main, but recently I felt like I want to move outside of playing exclusively melee champions and expand my champion pool, at least those of which I can and want to play. Unfortunately, from a strategic standpoint, I really don't know when or why you'd want to pick certain Marksmen. Could any Marksmen players out there help me sort out my current list of Marksmen so I know who to play and when?

I want to look at them from a strategic angle; like how Sivir and Corki definitely have the best wave clear of the Marksmen I own with Ashe, Kog'Maw, and Tristana just a step below that. If anyone could help me figure out which Marksmen are suited for what jobs, and what Marksmen I should get next to round out this pool, that'd be great.

Ashe - Early bully. Above average range. Good pick when your teammates have good damage already. Useful for engage/follow-up from her ultimate. Good for poke, catching, teamfighting.

Corki - Early bully. Average range. Good for lane phase and for catching people. Also has a large portion of magic damage if you are a mostly AD team. Good for poking, but has a harder time killing tanky enemies. Nice escape.

Draven - Early bully. Average range. Needs an aggressive support in lane phase to get him ahead. Vulnerable to ganks.

Graves - Short range. Not really played as ADC anymore, but works if you need a tankier ADC.

KogMaw - Late game champion. Short range. Good for poke and shredding tanks, but vulnerable to ganks.

MissFortune - Early bully. Average range. Great teamfighter due to her ultimate, especially in compositions that have big AoE CC.

Sivir - Safe laner. Short range. Has good waveclear, and shines at engaging in teamfights. Great AoE damage in teamfights.

Tristana - Safe laner. Average range (into highest range at level 18). Transitions into a strong late game ADC with emphasis on taking out turrets and/or getting resets on her jump to clean up fights.

Twitch - Mid/late game ADC. Average range. Good for catching from stealth. Not much poke; needs to be protected or he'll die fast. Devastating ult in teamfights.

Vayne - Mid/late game ADC. Average range. The best duelist ADC; weak against AoE team compositions. Great at shredding tanks. Can kite well. Needs to farm a lot for late game.

Traditional - Generally mid-late game centered ADCs, they have basic kits, they can fit into pretty much any team comp, they are auto attack-based.

Jinx Ashe Caitlyn Tristana KogMaw

Skirmish - Carries that tend to have a mid game power spike and are centered around those objective team fights.

MissFortune Vayne Lucian Kalista Corki Draven

Niche - These champions tend to have some sort of niche to them that doesn't land them in a specified group, but rather one that consists of characteristics derived from other styles of play.

Ezreal - Mid-late game carry, centered around poke/kite, great for team fighting. Twitch - Mid-late game carry, centered around team fighting. Great for making picks on split pushers. Loved enemies who group together, is also good at hitting squishies from a distance. Sivir - Mid-late game carry, great wave-clear, has high amounts of AoE, ultimate is great for team fights, generally safe pick unless against long ranged champions. Graves - Kill lane carry, is strong in all stages of the game but mainly mid-late game. He is good with Leona, Thresh, Blitzcrank. Good against bruisers since he offers high damage, survivability, and kite potential. Great at dueling. Jhin - Like a traditional carry except focused on poke/objective control. He is good at following up with picks. Is a good kill lane. Weak against duelists and needs peel. Kennen - Mid game centered. He is a good team fighter. Good skirmisher. Falls off late. Snowball/peel reliant. Safe from ganks. Has good utility.

Do you want poke? Pick Ashe, sivir, Caitlyn, Tristana, corki, ezreal. (Tristana and Caitlyn have more poke in lane than in teamfights)

Do you want to kite? Pick Ashe, sivir, or anyone with mobility (ashe and sivir have Passives that allow it)

Do you want teamfight? Pick twitch, miss fortune, kogmaw, sivir. (Extremely high aoe sustained damage)

Do you want initiate? Pick Ashe, corki, sivir, miss fortune. (High ability to catch enemies out of position/force fights)

Do you want to shred tanks? Pick vayne, Ashe, kogmaw, Lucian with cancer build.(high single target sustained dps)

Do you want dueling power? Pick vayne, draven, ezreal, Lucian. (Mobility and high single target dps)

Do you want to win lane? Pick Lucian, Caitlyn, Ashe, corki, draven. (High range poke/early damage)

Do you want to not lose lane? Pick sivir, Tristana, ezreal. (High wave clear/self peel)

All I can think of really for why to pick what and I probably left some out seeing that I was doing it while looking at your champs. I'm aware I didn't put jhin anywhere or kalista. Only did the champions you own.

I find kogmaw is better if yo uhave more tanks ashe for more engage draven if you suck at csing mf with some good cc (like amunu) sivir if you have a generally slow team trist is tricky decide when shes not that great early/mid only good mid/late twitch and vyane most to counter
