a sale on Runes, Rune Pages, and summoner name changes to help prepare for the new season. Any chance that will happen again this year?

Also the minion pathing still feels broken. Was this ever reverted like the patch notes said?

P.S. It's been almost 4 years since Swain got a skin :(

They usually announce rune sales at least a month in advance, so it appears not. They may do so later in the year (around MSI?), the sales are usually twice a year.
