Can you allow us to dodge when in promos without consequences?

One of my tactics i have been using to climb the ladder was "If you have a bad or a toxic team dodge , queue up again and win" but this strategy is impossible if you are in promos , Im fine with waiting 20 mins to play a game but im not fine with not having the freedom to dodge whenever i want. Im sure it has happened to atleast 80% of this community to be in a champion select where your teamcomp vs their teamcomp is awful and you want to dodge but you cant since you are in promos so you have to play the game and just waste more time than you would waste when waiting for 20 minutes and the loss is way different ,-3lp to -18lp.Like rito pls.

Once upon a time, players had to communicate their whole team comp in champ select - including the assignment of positions. Today players are not even able to communicate a viable team comp in some elos even when they have fix positions. Result of that is that there's near to no communication when creating a team comp.

Be a team leader in champ select recognize counterpick and good synergy. It's a Promo. " YOU " are supposed to be the Difference between a win or a loss. That starts in champ select. All games are winnable even the stomps. You need to show it to earn that rank
