Sion+Titanic Hydra+Cinderhulk...Does it do, what i think it does?
So Sion gets health per kill, and cinder hulk scales on top of that health. Does Titanic Hydra scale damage off of Base health or total health?

Draqone3 votesTotal health but Sion has no attack speed steroids to actually put out any good damage. You have to remember both Hydras (but ravenous especially due to no AA reset) scale with attack speed a lot.
If you really want to see stupid amount of damage try someone like:
+ full tank afterwards.

Veraska3 votesTitanic is a pretty good offensive option for sion especially if you're going for huge burst, adding the empowered auto reset to that is pretty nice.
I still prefer cleaver as sion core damage item tho, as it gives him cdr which he loves and the rage passive
kasfas2 votesIt does work exactly how you think, but after a bit, the bonus single target dmg falls off.
