New keystone is just more power creep...

I'm seriously asking myself at this point why I build armor, with how much armor pen is already in the game?

I can have 300 armor and still die in 2-3 seconds.
If this new keystone is any good it will make me wonder why I even bother building armor.

My other concern is that the rune may be kinda useless unless damage is lowered across the board on everyone. Fights don't exactly last 4 seconds most games. Most games at 4 seconds someone is either likely dead, or running away (because they are faster)
