OMG I just realized that Schrödinger's Garen predicted that Guumi would exist in 2011.
It's intentional, and the administration spent 8 years crafting it to reality.

So because Garen may or may not be in the "Box," it makes perfect sense that Yuumi would exist 8 years later? I'm confused. Garen's too innocent to be in any "Box" therefore the argument is Neeko!
