So all the bullshit you are doing to attract new players who want to play with their friends (which they could always do in normals) is driving away the players who take the game and ranked pretty seriously and spend money on it as well.

You have some bad leadership somewhere in your company. Some asshole idiot who has risen to the level of his own incompetence. Could be the CEO or President for all I know, could be someone else under them.

We are all tired of your bullshit. We are tired of you:

---changing champions instead of changing the dumb fuck items ---making new champions while you leave many champions totally stupid and worthless untouched for a year or 2. ---Changing dragon every god damn patch it seems ---A retarded matchmaking system that makes me have to restart it after I sit there for 7 minutes only to instantly be put in a game ---Insisting on not, at the least, limiting dynamic queue to 2 man groups. I think its great to be able to pick 2 lanes...just not with a pre-made team of 3 or more. ---Never sacking up to respond to criticism, which is often leveled politely...and then --having your fanboys shit on posts that use harsh language against you because you never respond regardless --Not understanding the actual source of toxic players and now to mitigate it (because you are amateurs that don't understand basic human physiology apparently) --Making changes to the game that are clearly stupid, pointed out as clearly stupid by everyone immediately, only to have you retract the change a few months later---as if your own analysis and testing and PBE can't determine what everyone can obviously see instantly. Reeks of incompetence and stupidity.

You want to act like amateurs, then expect your player base to absolutely shrivel like WOW did.

Fix your shit. You have shitty leaders in your company, or none of this nonsense wouldn't be happening so often.
