Eve buffs were justified. She was killing tanks as an assassin, which is wrong, so they nerfed the %hp damage. But then she needed power back to kill squishies and clear the jungle, like she's supposed to, so they buffed its flat damage.
Shyv changes removed some early power, and they're now giving her more late power.
I don't know the Zoe changes yet.
Twitch is actually supposed to be weak early, because even now, he still scales into a monster. He shouldn't receive mercy buffs, especially after being good for so long
