Simple as that, this change is so fucking hilariously bad. It is SO bad. It got hotfixed in the first day and is STILL ridiculous on every single champion. Who needs to build lifesteal when you have a built-in gunblade/death's dance passive? Just heal for 10% of all damage you do! What could go wrong?
EDIT; I play champions that can and will abuse the fuck out of this. I still don't like it.

boricCentaur11 votesFervor was really bad for diversity and putting it back would just kill rune diversity for adcs and bruisers also bruiser would go back to not being able to kill tanks again like how it was before conqueror.
