Beating Doom Bots Level 100 Gauntlet

We won with a random group of people. From my experience, it's having the Anivia mid that is the most important factor in winning the level 100 gauntlet. The other four champions can be a mix of waveclear/percent-health dps.

Small Strategy Guide:

  • Have a team comp of Anivia, Kog'maw, 3 long-range waveclear champions
  • Have Anivia go mid (because Anivia needs level 6 ASAP for ultimate)
  • Send Kog'maw + whoever is the best early-game waveclear champ remaining to one lane
  • Send the other two waveclear champs to the remaining lane
  • Whichever sidelane loses their tower first, have them send one person (if it's the lane with Kog'maw, send the waveclear champ) to midlane and the other person to toplane. Anivia can generally waveclear 1v3 once she has her ultimate, but it never hurts to have a little back up.
  • When the other sidelane outer falls (Anivia is not doing her job properly if Midlane doesn't fall last), have all the waveclear champions clear midlane. Proper use of Anivia's wall and ultimate should allow you to stall out for a significantly long amount of time. Send Kog'maw to push out the sidelanes so that the inner turrets stay healthy (and so he can get items).
  • If you lose mid inhibitor, have Kog'maw clear the super minions in mid while the other 4 waveclear whatever lane the bots are pushing. Kog should also push out the empty sidelane if too many minions stack up.
  • Have Kog'maw build Bloodrazor, BOTRK, and Guinsoo's (then whatever he wants) in preparation for Teemo.
  • Anivia's core build should be tear + lost chapter on first back. Depending on how fast towers are falling build Liandry's (quickly) or finish Morello (slowly). Then build the other item. Then build void staff.

Well in theory beating lvl 100 is pretty easy. But if you get morons that play melees like Yasou, Garen, Xin, WW etc. in every god damn game, even if you clearly state that they will not work, than this becomes impossible.... You dont need to be diamonds etc. to beat this. Everybody can beat this. But the problem is you cant beat it solo. If I lane fails to early its gg.

Our Kog didn't have smite, so not quite sure how we managed it, but having Sion to help tank Teemo was amazing even if Teemo kept aggroing onto us occasionally. Sion also sorta acted like a tower, so all the bots focused him so we could easily take them out instead of trying to poke them around our towers.

I was in top lane as Anivia with Vel'Koz vs the Fiddle and Viegar and our tower was the last to fall, which meant they pushed top letting us keep most of our mid towers for a while (until a random dragon took them).

I find vel`koz to be way better than anivia, I consistently hit 4/5 bots with E>W>R and drop their health by 75%, then all my team has to do is finish them off or I simply wait a couple of seconds till my E is back up again, because the bots are so predictable that you can hit them almost every time with E>W

Too bad they nerfed sion passive. The one viable melee champion in the mode is now trash like the rest of them.

Most important :

  1. Anivia mid, trying survive, after she hit lvl 6 she can really easily push 1vs3..
  2. Kog maw solo top (or maybe bot and someone other who can solo top, like velkoz if he know how to play and can survive with mana..)
  3. Zac (or maybe some other hard cc champ sejuani maybe,, someone who can keep enemy busy)
  4. Two AOE/% damage.. Velkoz is rly good, Miss fortune, Ashe, Lux (just something with wave clear and another damage for Teemo)
  5. Take Teleport+Smite only, nothing else!
  6. Rotating, teleporting

Another tips:

  1. Hope you get some easy Bots.., like you cant solo against Lux, Malzahar etc.. even if you play rly well some of them are fuck.d up..
  2. Dont fight them in early, they will kill you lvl1 rly easy.., better lose some minions, just farm, save mana..
  3. Dont play melee (except one tank) just longe range poke champ., trying to kite them in jungle or something doesnt work, you are just wasting time (dont getting golds) and i saw if they are rotating in their jungle they have like 2000 ms and travel from mid to top etc. almost instantly...
  4. If you loose mid tier 2 tower before Teemo you are pretty much f*cked
  5. If you get lucky with Bots and play rly well you will be able hold towers rly long, with good rotating, teleporting and so on, best is to play with 5 premades or at least 3 (Anivia+Kog+Zac), .. its possible to win with random people but if they play some melee sh.t or are just bad you cant win,..
  6. Keep trying, you wont win at first try, you can be rly unlucky and keep getting worst possible bots, sometimes this is even harder than duo que lol ..,
  7. Sion doesnt work, Brand has reduced damage for his passive..
  8. If you are playing rly well you can also take dragons with zac + one dps..
  9. Debuffs from Teemo,, worst possibly in early are those which Damage you when you stay near your tower (WORST..) and Ryzes ultes.. also when your towers damage you dont forget it and dont walk over your towers when you go to the lane,, (i do it most of time..), and rly take care when BARD ULT your tower enemy bots will instantly attack you!

Your job:

  1. Anivia: just wave clear, go help another lane if someone fail, first buy Tear and then rush Liandry, then Rod of ages..

  2. Kog maw: trying survive solo top, need to farm as much as he can, after he buy Huricane + life steal he can take every wave like nothing. Your main role is to deal most damage, always (if you get close to some Bots they will instakill you) shot with your W from long distance! while your tank are keeping them busy. Rush Huricane for waveclear, main items -> Huricane, BOTRK, Attack speed jungle item (dunno name, yellow one i think), Rageblade, them maybe armor pen or some health... trust me you will cut through them like beast., you need to tryhard, kite them as much as you can..

  3. Zac: Your main role is keeping enemy busy so kog maw can shred them. Buy tanky jungle item,, then new item which doubles your health when active (Gargoile smt). doesnt matter if you die you respawn quickly. Also they WONT attack you in your paasive (or just now dunno if they gonna change it) also dont jump into your team with all enemy! you can rly easy ult all of them they are stupid..

  4. Other: just try survive, dont die, help other lanes.

So thats my tips for winning, im still trying to win tho :D, dont have full premade team yet., if you have some advice you can tell,,,. also sry for english lol. Also also this is meant to be for those harder boots, first one are rly easy, dont have health, you can solo carry 1vs9..

Everytime i attempt 100lvl doombots i get something like "i got this, im yasuo main" with heal and flash

Wouldn't the best strategy be to have mid outer tower fall second, cause then the bots go to the other side and push hard there instead of having them push hard down mid?

Just a thought cause it really sucks when Teemo runs down mid and there's nothing to even slow him down there.

Also, why Morello? Just curious. I've been getting tear and rushing Liandry after that, then finishing tear and picking up whatever I can with whatever gold I have. Then again, I basically just set up my ult and leave it there as long as I can until I run out of mana, so I suppose to on kill mana regen would help.

Yeah Anivia is the best pick for doom bots imo.

Played her back at the halloween event too. She is super strong in that gamemode. I was once really close to beat level 100, but teemo survived with 5k HP, because we only had 4 smites [zombie-brand-clap]
