Shaco Bugs

There are a couple issues I have noticed with the Shaco clone:

• Does not stack Guinsoo's Rageblade passive (and by extension does not activate the second on-hit effect every other auto at max stacks)
• Does not stack Fervor of Battle
• Does not count towards to Thunderlord's Decree's 3 attacks
• Does not mimic the stacks that already exist on Shaco champion when he uses his ultimate

I'd really like some clarification (preferably from a Riot member) as to whether these are bugs or intended features. Some of these are serious problems that limit the choices that a Shaco player can make - since skilled opponents can make use of these issues to identify which Shaco is the champion.
