It's so lackluster people are building a jungle item for top lane in high ELO games...

I would be surprised if a nerf isn't incoming, either to the item or to its interaction with WW/Fiora/etc.

why? you mean skirmisher's sabre? it's pretty lackluster, honestly. Unless you're some warwick. Blue smite is usually preferred, but although it does some true damage, come on. It's used for a slow.
