Champions gg news: Ryze mains have a 51% win rate at plat+ 125+ games. (not very very strong anymore) Kassadin mains have a 52% win rate at 125+ games.

Lets compare to Mages AND natural counters (mains at plat+): Lux : 57% win rate Brand :55% winrate Anivia : 56-57% win rate Velkoz : 54-55% win rate Annie : 56.3% win rate Galio :56% win rate Heimerdinger 56-57% win rate Malzahar : 56% winrate TwistedFate : 56-59% winrate.

If we go below the 125+ games the difference in win rate btw that group and KassaRyze is 10-15% winrate.

Lets add on top of it the juggernaut Mordekaiser Darius Garen Skarner update who crushes these two champions (+fiora/GP) P.S: KAss can run away from juggernauts, but not in everycase, eitherway tho--kassadin cannot kill them.

Kassadin is still weak and now faces super counters that are very strong atm and are popular, while being outclassed by mages and a new juggernaut meta who crushes him and ryze.

So my second question is this: What are the plans for kassadin? The R buff helped a bit. But is situational in his combo and is not that easy to use in teamfights. (at least while remaining alive)

I mention in the link how he needs crucially his MR scaling back, removed ALL scaling dmg on W and streamline his R dmg to be upfront. Perhaps TEST a 1 sec silence on his Q. Bring base dmg on Q+E back to 240-260 to compensate his W loss for trades and lack of trading and dmg pre 6 and pre lvl 11. That will make him relevant mid game like 100% of midlaners. His dmg wont be abused mid or late game since he loses complete scaling on one of his abilities and still need to scale pretty hard to use R dmg. But all the argument and logics are in the other thread.

the difference btw Live and what i propose is this:

  1. (compared to pre buff kassadin) Mid game-late game dmg increase by +.2 to .6 ratio. That is equivalent to at 100 AP: +20-60 dmg. At 700 AP: +140-420 dmg

  2. (compared to** Live** kassadin in previous point 1) My suggestions is at 100 AP: +130 dmg. At 700 AP: - 420 to -190 dmg. (still a buff to pre buff kassadin)

So a buff to his mid game, a nerf to his late. BUT compensated by QOL buffs to his R and tankyness with MR scaling.

Best case scenario: hes more viable than live and pre buff kassa and not broken Worst case scenario: Hes just as bad as before.

Plz Riot?

Why nerf Kassadin's late game? He does no damage at any point of the game.

I think, they are afraid that they could be op, if they buff them in competetiv, i think also if kassa doesnt see any plays at worlds, he will get some buffs.
