what Vi buffs?

I don't think that Vi really needs buffs. She was in a good spot anyway....meanwhile nobody touches , who's at 44% win rate. I just wanna say that there's others champions that needs some little buffs, and Vi wasn't one of them :D

I didn't really think Vi needed buffs, but I'll take them, as long as this doesn't mean she becomes FOTM and gutted later....

Finally, she's always had mana issues and couldn't itemize well for it.

she always had mana issues. but i think she needs more than that. obviously her E has huge scaling and a pathetic base damage so the extra 20 damage is really negligible. I'd like to see less mana costs on her Q. cooldown reduction on her q at least if we use it for mobility. and increased base damage on her ult.

Her ult's mana cost and cooldown should get lowered too.

She needs mega fucking nerfs.
