How about having Lucian's R proc Phase Rush multiple times just like Aurelion?

I really miss doing an E-W-R-Phase Rush combo, the speed you were getting was awesome. Now R only procs once and it sucks. In his R he just basic attacks very fast multiple times.

Same for double hits like his passive and master yi. It doesn't have much sense to only proc it once.
