Win rate

What happened to 50% win rate. Ive been playing since season 1 or so and 50% winrate was pretty consistent. Now I have been hovering around 45% and its totally frustrating. The quality of games almost feels predetermined based off of how snowbally the game has gone. It sux that we only get a huge game update at the end of the year rather than decent fixes to things during the year.
