Idea to balance LB
Have her passive scale up with the amount of time it charges. Extend max duration to 2 sec, but give ~30% effectiveness if LB decides to blow the burst all at once, gradually scaling to max effectiveness. It increases the skillcap and difficulty of the champion, and gets rid of the 1.5s gate that makes her kit feel so disjointed and delayed.
