Why does Garen's E damage stacks in ARURF?
If he were to spam his E button, wasn't it suppose to cancel his E instead of stacking up his spins multiple times?

Bardmageddon3 voteshis spin deals "X" dmg initially Canceling his e reduces the cd (making it 0 sec in urf) So by constantly deactivating and reactivating his e, it deals "X" dmg every 2nd click (6-8 clicks a sec)
His dmg doesn't stack, he is just constantly deactivating and reactivating it
