I say it's a good thing. GP really needed attention. He's in a good spot gameplay-wise right now, but he's been left untouched for so long that he's gotten weaker by virtue of everyone else getting buffed. I used to be able to stomp Rivens toplane as GP, but she kept getting buffs that made the matchup harder and harder.

In my opinion, what GP needs more than anything is more mana. All of his moves use so much of it that by the time someone moves in on me, I've already spent most of my mana farming minions with my q. Whether that means increasing his mana/regen rate or lowering the cost of his abilities.

Hopefully they'd do the same to Kennen. Unlike GP, I can't exactly ult and hit something across the map. Yet Kennen's ult is also based on a RNG for hitting things.

Obvious GP rework:

Q change : this will probably become a skill shot.

W: this is gonna stay.

E: new skill. who fucking knows what it will be. but expect something new.

R: probably no changes

I think overall it's a buff to his ultimate. He definitely needed change. I doubt he will be played much more outside of the dedicated GP mains but this is definitely in the right direction.
