65 ad is ok 10 cdr is ok 12 % dmg taken as bleed is ok but the lifesteal is so crapppppppp cause of aoe.. just the fk aoe makes the lifsteal so fucking crap.. it puts the 12 % lifesteal to 4 % wich makes the other lifesteal item like hydra bt or scimitar better then this
