Sated Devourer Tooltip Wording

In the linked picture the wording of the Sated Devourer says that every other basic attack will trigger all "on hit effects" twice. What I'm worried about is not balancing, but how on earth will this effect possibly be explained to newer players???? As can be seen, there are already a lot of people confused by what this means AND THEY'RE NOT EVEN IN GAME, I have no idea how enough information can be crammed into the tooltip.
