Im not a sion player, i dont play him, i play against many sions... this guy should be able to NOT BE CC'ed when his passive kicks in... on the flip side, the speed boost from pressing a skill should be removed. This would balance his passive and make it meaningful. I find sion all too easy to kite when facing him

Do remember that each of his AA during his passive deals 10% of target's maximum HP & also gains 100% lifesteal. Making him immune to CC is literally gamebreaking, especially during heavy teamfights if he were to go down first.
