Any buffs to him coming to the pbe? I swear yall say he is in a good spot but he loses more 15-2 games than any other adc. You could at least give him a buff to his late game damage. I say his laning phase is fine and mid game is where is best but it makes no sense that just about every other adc in the game can go 12+ kills 3 less deaths and still lose that game. Lucian is literally the only adc that I actually hear oh I loss because i played lucian makes no sense.

So if they gonna buff champs that are already strong it stands right to at least give him something. a ad ratio on his w or maybe more damage to rank 5 q or something to help him late game because late game is just dismal.
Vallalan1 votesuh no. as someone who is spamming Lucian he is fine. he is very high skillcap. anyone with a brain can abuse his early game, but taking advantage of his mobility late game takes a lot of practice.
he falls off because he's popular. people were abusing him before cuz you could easily end games by 20 minutes. now that he's reasonable early and still strong, people don't know what to do when they can't face roll their opponent.
Hell you can still face roll with Lucian in lane. you Once you get dirk no one can trade with you whatsoever.
He's fine. I'd rather not have a state where Lucian is pick or ban again.
