Not gonna lie, I couldn't care less about that build and that Phreak made a mistake in a ranked match. I just came for that cute Tristana with the ducky. :)

500 health, 500 mana, 50 AD, +80% AS, 40% CDR, and +10% MS That's actually a really cool idea, even if the 2 TFs together are expensive (3733 x 2 = 5466). With Trist's Q at max rank, that's pretty much 200% AS, and even though the total AD is low she can easily build other weapons like IE to make up for it.

Looking at the player builds you can see Phreak sold an item 3031 and item 3087 at 28:58 while the game ended 29:36. It's likely he purchased them for the giggles.
