@Riot Lock off new champions in ranked
Can you PLEASE lock off new champions in ranked queue for a few days or a week or so? Overwatch does it. Why can someone hover new champ, and get mad at ME for banning it and trolll?

Oh my, what an original idea. We certainly don't see this one EVERY TIME A NEW OR REWORKED CHAMPION COMES OUT.
Yeah, this just shows they care more about money than the state of the game. They want people buying Riot points to buy the champ.
For years people have been asking for a period of time where new champs cant be played in ranked. I think this period should be coupled with a period where they cant be banned in normals.
No bans in normals for 1 week, no availability in ranked for 1 week. Its what a lot of people want, but then greed gets in the way of reasonable practices.
because that is what you guys wanted.
