. Morde can just get all his HP back with his W, because he ghouls count as monsters or something. Point is, Morde will out sustain you. By a shitload.

Fat Bastard GOD2 votesYorick's ghouls are considered enemies not minions. Mordekaiser only heals 25% off minions. Yorick's ghouls apply the full heal. So maxing W for those juicy 400 HP heals early is quite powerful. Maxing W can be the only way to survive extremely brutal matchups as well.
Besides that, Morde heals fully from Elise's spiderlings. I think Morde gets the full heal off pets of some sort.
