Will doing damage with spells cancel out SR crit effect if the caster does not AA. For example, if AD malphite ultimate then AA, will he still benefit from SR 100% crit passive?

No. Stormrazer specifically specifies that the next auto consumes the buff.

No. As long as you aren't auto attacking you will keep the buff similar to hail of blades. For example, Garen with Stormrazor can start with Q (which will crit), spin on you, then auto attack you and that auto WILL have the stormrazor buff since he wasn't AUTO ATTACKING for X seconds. It's another reason why Quinn and Draven work well with Stormrazor since they can "get away" with not constantly auto attacking since they are waiting for empowered autos (axes or harrier procs). Same goes for Jhin and his reload making his first shot ALWAYS be a crit.

Off the top of my head.

Short answer: No.

Long Answer: It will only end the effect if the ability itself can crit (such as gangplank Q).
