Sylas isn't really playable

First game of sylas after they nerfed him into the ground, and you can't do much. They gutted the champion he can't push, and he doesn't have the damage on his abilities to be even reasonable of a pick. I also don't know if this is new but now the ults he steals time out which sucks. He needs a bit more damage on his abilities or passive to make it even.
