You kinda do outstatcheck her most of the time by default, and playing vs statcheckers as a skirmisher when 1) behind or 2) not very good at the skirmisher usually results in a lot of salt because you basically died via rightclick That being said, many skirmishers do have the tools to outplay statcheckers, so only the shit Fiora's are gonna say that.

Personally, I believe Poppy is the stupid champion. Deceptive hitbox on Q, super tanky, takes advantage of Vitals for a wallpin, and nothing easily parriable (E is hella hard to parry, the attackspeed slow doesn't do much either).
