I don't like the idea for this Zac rework...
So I just saw the midseason update, and
is getting a small rework. As a proud
one trick, I absolutely hate these changes with a passion. In addition to GA, a good item on Zac, and Omen, a core item on Zac, being changed for the worse, I am a little bit angry with what is being said for the kit changes. I am happy that his E and W seem to be staying the same, and that is really nice.
"Stretching Strikes is undergoing a big change: we’ve added an ‘s’ to the end of it. First, Zac throws out a blob hand that sticks onto the first enemy he hits. Once he latches onto something, his next basic attack becomes equally sticky, and he’ll use his noodly appendages to slam both targets into each other."
Q definitely needed a change, and by what is being said here, seems ok, I really want to see this on the pbe before commenting further, but with the explanation given, I think it might be a bit overloaded.
"Let’s Bounce! is also getting a facelift. On cast, Zac flattens himself into a puddle and has the option to charge up for a few seconds. If he lets go without charging, he’ll bounce in place and knock back nearby enemies, similar to what happens today. If he stays in puddle form for at least a second, however, things change drastically. On release, Zac scoops up every enemy on top of him and schlepps ‘em all over to a target location."
R seemed good to me, although a bit lackluster, a nice ability. But now, this is horrible. I absolutely hate this. In it's current state, Let's bounce is a nice ultimate for getting away from things, helping in fights, and a decent damage dealer. And this description is REALLY pissing me off. It does seem like it will be better cc, but with the cost of removing all the movement. Another downside is that it might work against you. Let's Bounce HARDLY works against you right now, and this just sounds bad, I absolutely hate what riot is trying to do with this.
**I do want to see this on the pbe. With minor video clips and pretty brief text, it is hard to tell exactly what they are tying to do. But just off of that, I don't like the changes to his ult. **
