Silly question about 20% longer potion/elixir heal

Basically it makes the potions AND elixirs heal more right? Because some potions say they heal by a set amount over 15 seconds, inferring that it would take longer to get the same amount of heal?

It increases the duration, while maintaining the same potency per duration. So if a potion heals 10hp/5 (effectively 2hp/1, total 20 healing) for 10 seconds, the 20% increase will make it heal 10hp/5 for 12 seconds instead (effectively giving 4hp more healing, total 24 healing). It's a relatively minor boost that's only really effective for the earlygame, as far as healing goes. It's amazing lategame though, adds an extra 36 seconds to the 3 minute elixirs.
