things that could have been done: -reverting the nerf to his shrooms. -make the Rift Scuttler pass through the shroom without interruption -make the shroom deal insane damage to Rift Scuttler so that he die quicker (intoxication)

but nothing has been done, can't shroom baron,dragon everytime that thing is up he just ruin it , can't play teemo anymore

and why did you remove the teemo E proc with you think this would go unnoticed?

I hope no one buy omega teemo skins.
