Regarding the PBE Locket

No issues with it so far, except for the 8!!!!!!!!!!!!! second duration. Why should a 35% damage reduction bubble with an "okay" radius last for 8 ENTIRE SECONDS. Especially since there may be 2 or maybe 3 on each team like it is now?! Ever thought about that? This is the old Maokai fiasco all over again...

Just half the Uptime please!
