Remaining time indicator for abilities

I think it'd be a good idea to indicate how long an ability can be used again after being cast on the ability itself (kinda like how the charge system on abilities shows the recharge, such as smite or Akali's R) This would be helpful instead of having to look for the tiny icon above your character portrait on the line with a bunch of other small squares. This would be useful for abilities like Ahri's ult, Riven's ult, Darius' Ult, and probably a bunch of other abilities. It'd be really helpful for timing abilities, like if I wanted to hold on to some of Ahri's dashes but wanted to hold on to it for as long as possible. This could also apply to how much longer the bonus effects from abilities will last, like Vayne's R. I don't think this feature would be too difficult to implement, I hope it does get implemented
