Morgana's bind is still 1.5 seconds too long

Morgana's snare travels horrendously slow - slower than the Blitz grab; and most people either fail to acknowledge it's flying at you or walk right into it. I'm not denying it's difficult, but given the speed of that projectile; all I have to say is that you have the opportunity to avoid being hit by it. So what I'm saying is that it doesn't need to be dropped.

Cant dodge it always if its point blank or while you are stunned from her ult... Morganas snare is way too long, and if we get QSS she uses another snare in 5 seconds anyways. I dont like being snared while im running away then getting reported for AFK.
