Does this happen to anyone else playing Cassiopeia?

This doesn't always happen, and I am unsure of whether or not it is a bug or something on my end, but after casting and landing a Q and following up with the Twin Fang spam, Cassiopeia often turns the opposite way the enemy is running instead of chasing them. She will go the opposite direction instead of following the enemy for more Twin Fangs.

I just want to know if this has happened to anyone else. It's really weird. And I won't even move my mouse anywhere, I only click the champion with the E ability and she mostly will chase them on her own and fire the Twin Fang, but many times (often on the first one) she will just turn the other way and run that way which sometimes is the difference between a kill and the enemy escaping.
