You give Elise straight up buffs that give her like a +9% win rate but everything decent you gave Karma got something taken away from her in exchange. HOW ABOUT Q is her only farming ability so make it 5 seconds at all ranks instead of making it scale down from 7 OR scale up the slow(even though the slow is oppressive to immobile champs and useless against new champs with all these god damn dashes or massive shields) W should be a 2 second snare at level 1 like Lux,Morgana,Swain(all of their snares can actually be good against Riven while Karmas snare will either 1.Get her killed cause it takes 2 seconds and a Riven can combo in like half that 2.not work cause riven has 4 dashes) oh and make it reveal stealthed targets you reworked her to overlap with Lulu but Lulus shield reveals stealthed E is so god damn weak without levels and since her actual good ability NEEDS to be leveled to be spammed it isn't viable to max it first so either make the speed buff 60% at all levels or make it last 6 seconds like Lulu's and Lux's(Their shields are already better as Lux's is a 160 base aoe and Lulus gets a slightly higher ratio,Pix to her ally,and a damaging stealthed revealing option.
