How to nerf yasuo without destroy him? easy!

R-Bug fixed if you get stunned while you are in the air the channel and the damage stop (LIKE ALL OTHER ABILITIES IN THE GAME) if you dont know even if you stun yasuo while he does his R the damage still apply and he continues to hold them in air while he is stunned...pretty retarded if you ask me..

E-range reduced! ( So you can actually trade with yasuo rather than staying behind because he would just E to you...)

Move speed reduced from 390 to 380 (Pretty obvious..)

Phantom Dancer damage reduction reduced to 8% from 12% (its kinda stupid to have a ninja tabi as passive on a OFFENSIVE item..)

That 4 things would reduce yasuo power but they will not destroy him
