What's going on with Mundo?

A tank can rush a sunfire and still do as much damage as a fighter rushing a tiamat. I haven't even seen any lately cuz they're always banned, but was just watching a stream and got to see why he's always banned. Any short-term plans regarding Mundo's numbers? @Statikk
