This item seems problematic for DrMundo and Swain specifically. Both of their kits revolve around the use of their healing to out sustain and also surprise opponents.

WE have item 3165 , which also has Grievous wounds. However, the grievous wounds on this item doesn't kick in until the enemy is below 40% hp. Im not so great at math, but I noticed grievous wounds is also being lowered from 50% to 40%. However, I still think that by allowing any champion with Mortal Reminder to apply it from 100% hp, we are seeing quite a nerf to these champions.

Will they be compensated or reworked...?

I play both of these guys and while strong, they both have their exploitable weaknesses. as it currently stands, one can play around Grievous wounds; it's a challenge you have to accept when playing these guys. Some options are there for dealing with their healing, and that's great. Im not opposed to AD users also having this option, but having it applied when the enemy is at any level of health is a bit much.

Trundle could be hurt by this as well, though to a lesser extent than DrMundo Warwick Swain

We'll have to wait and see as grievous wounds in general is being nerfed and we're also getting new masteries.

I will be honest though, I don't like the idea of grievous wounds and armor penetration being on the same item. Seems a bit strong considering its designed for champions that have access to lifesteal. Why should they get to sustain themselves while champs that are supposed to be designed around sustain get theirs shut down?

I mean it's pretty hard to get them to under 40% and grievous wounds got nerfed

I never truly felt the repercussions of this item until I played a game as Soraka recently.

This item is extremely unbalanced as the OP pointed out, item 3165 can only apply grievous wounds when a champ is below 40% health, while item 3123 and item 3033 can apply them regardless of a champ's health.

As just another concerned player on the Rift, I only ask that these item effects be reconsidered.

I also am in favor of perhaps making the mortal reminders Healing debuff into an active passive of some nature.
