He can chain root and literally,( I am not exaggerating), spam all his spells over the matter of 2-3.5 seconds. That includes his ultimate.
I did it myself against newer players. We even had a bot yi on our team. (seriously, it was a bot yi...in a normal game)
It is disgusting. There is even video of Ryze being used by Dignitas in LCS destroying Irelia top. Chain rooted for days.

You do realize any champ can do that, right? It doesn't even take 2 seconds to do it, either.
Either way, Ryze still isn't very OP unless you ARE able to chain his skills into each other, which (with his gameplay update) can actually be pretty tough at times, even for more skilled players.
Also either way, he has no reason to be disabled. No game-breaking bugs = No problems.

Jazzy Jesus1 votesNo, I have a clear idea of what you're saying. But I'VE seen plenty of games with Ryze in them since is update, and some of them were good, some of them were terrible.
What YOU don't understand is that not every Ryze player is as good as that. He can still easily be countered, you just have to know how to do it (Quicksilver Sash anyone?).
