Proxy Singed is going to be the next Kog Maw.
I'm calling it right now, while he can't melt teams, his sheer annoyence will cause him to win games by being tanky af while his team pushes. Mark my words.

Except Proxy Singed has been a thing for years. Why would it be a problem now?

It's strong if your able to do so, but if you give up 300 gold to fizz jungle and then he starts snowballing it can be pretty bad. not having green wards makes it pretty dangerous too, but I feel amumu and eve do it better. Evelynn can kill the way 5 seconds faster the a singed. and amumu just farms hard until he becomes one giant walking aura of damage.
Singed is all about the small intricate plans that he makes second to second, every second for the entire game. He is close to if not at Shaco level decision making.
While I feel like proxy singed is the most annoying thing in the game, it's not the most effective thing in the game.
Coordinated teams can lock him down before he gets too big and/or force 5v4's, so while he's off proxying a sideline, their mid inhib and/or base is getting wrecked.
Proxy Singed is old news.
