Snowballing and balance isn't really a problem

I know this is an unpopular opinion but I think as far as champions and items the game is fairly balanced with some exceptions here and there. Snowballing isn't huge unless you are way behind in which case you probably deserve to be behind.

The problem is death timers allowing a team to take 3-4 turrets each team fight. And turrets being so weak that they actually allow that to happen.
