Normals Draft is what rank should've been.

I'm not sure if you noticed, but it feels that match making in normal drafts is more balanced where it takes a reasonable amount of effort to win a game instead of a complete stomp of either side. The behaviour is better as well since there's not much toxicity from player flaming or passive aggressively afk farming. Despite rank supposed to be a competitive leauge, N.drafts players have a I want to win mentality more. They either all play it to win it or accept the fact that the game in unsalvageable and decides to end it early to save time instead of holding everyone else hostage for another 15 minutes.

Blind, norms, then both ranked.

Like, just make it all ranked, people who tryhard all the time will just teyhard all the time, all those ap sivirs will still do as well as they normally do amd place accordingly

Here's the problem. I want a casual game that isn't broken up by those that are going to flame me because I'm having an off game.

I want to play with people around my level on my team and the enemy team without having to worry about players flaming eachother.

Casual for casual environment. Ranked for competitive "I need to get to Masters" environment.

Why not just make custom lobbies more interesting

Like starting gold/level/map/mapskin/item list/bonus rules (urf, hexakill, one for all, etc)
