I'm a horrible person, i play Caitlyn top and i enjoy poking non stop the other top laner...

Sorry for all the top laner i've met and ruined the games... 1/3 of them afked after 2/3 kills on them because they couldn't farm properly.

Why i'm playing Caitlyn top ? Because i love playing Cait and i think she is the funniest marksman to me. <3.

But i feel very insecure to pick a melee champ in top lane. And it's so hard to enjoy a game in LOL. Now i enjoy playing Caitlyn top and poke non stop 24/7 the other melee opponent who is trying to farm.

I ban Malphite because you can't win vs him and i'm making sure one of my teammate ban Zed because people always feed him and i can't do something if the enemy Zed is feed.

If i'm first pick, people don't know that i'm playing Cait top, they have no idea of it and they often pick a melee. If it's a ranged, it's mostly Teemo, Vayne or Kennen but it's not a problem because i still can poke them and farm safely. I max W against everyone of these champs.

I laned vs and it's so funny to destroy them while staying safe. Caitlyn is the AD Teemo.

is a medium matchup... He is easy to poke but you have to take care because he has a huge base MS and a grap. Care if he has because he will gain a MS boost when he kill a minion and he can rush to you at this time.

But otherwise it's free poke. You can also manage to kill him. I did it many times.

: She is mobile but not that much and she is vulnerable to poke. Keep your E when it's necessary, play safe, max traps and poke poke poke poke poke poke poke poke and you should win easy before 6. Riven without items = useless.

: She is the easiest matchup for a Caitlyn top. Her W can't parry traps, so if she enter on it and press W, you will have to wait a little bit before shooting thr AA, so she can't block it. Fiora can't farm safely vs Caitlyn and she can't reach her fast enough.

Do you know 3 vs 3 ? I laned as Fiora vs a Caitlyn top, it's was the hardest lane ever. I couldn't even farm under my own tower. Fiora is squishy, Caitlyn is a abomination for her.

Fiora is not very useful in teamfights, and it's worse if she can't get her items but with Cait, she won't get her items because you will poke her like hell.

: Play safe in early but he can't reach you if you play good without using flash. If he use flash, you flash too. Poke poke and poke... Renek is supposed to get feed to be a pain but he won't vs you.

: Urgot is a short ranged champion who is made to poke melee. But Caitlyn isn't a melee and she has way more range than him. Poke, poke, poke... Urgot and his little dash can't reach Caitlyn.

: Rumble is a lane bully but he won't bully you since you will be the lane bully as Caitlyn. He has no dash... Poke, poke and poke till he dies.

: Destroy her tentacles, poke her and prevent her from farming... She can't reach you... She will afk at 5 min because you will have poked her so much.

: He is not that mobile... He needs to have a powerful early to not become squishy as an adc in mid/lategame but you just have to poke him hard.

: Everytime he approach, you should put 3 AA with one empowered AA from your passive. Next game he should ban Caitlyn instead of Teemo.

: Before 6 : Full poke on her... After lvl 6 you still poke because she is still weak. Kayle will be like an ADC but in AP in lategame and Caitlyn also have a good lategame.

You need to move, to have a good placement. Ghost is the most powerful summoner on Caitlyn top and it's way better than taking Teleport (you aren't going to gank with Cait or splitpush).

For the runes, you take Fleet Footwork because you want that extra MS boost and this little heal to help you to poke more and safer.

And last thing : Don't forget to invest in vision. Junglers can be annoying for Caitlyn but if you ward correctly it's shouldn't be a problem. also can help you to ran away if you realise you won't have enough time to get to your tower.
