I think lux needs a small nerf, but not to her ult. You can side step the ult. Yes, it's fast, but you need to be in the business of reading the Lux. You know when she's going to pull it, you know what scenario she's looking to use it in. Mage on the back line with 30% health? You KNOW she going to throw it.

Stay sparse, dodge it first before anything else, or nuke her first. If I have my druthers, I'd personally adjust her...non-snare ability. I think it scales too well without AP. One man's opinion.

cast times don't get stopped with hard CC, same with ezreal's E, and many others I can't think of.

The only abilities stopped by hard CC are channels.
